TOUCHLESS Tire Changer ONYX Falcon TS1

The Falcon TS1 is ONYX’s premier tire machine. Not only will it look amazing in your shop, but it will also save you time, money, and effort! The leverless technology allows the operator to mount and demount tires without the use a tire bar and with little to no manual effort. As well, because the mount tool works without touching the rim, damaging expensive wheels is virtually eliminated. The demounting tool is manually flipped to work as your mounting tool. This saves time, and has less moving parts, meaning less service calls to fix it.

The zero effort wheel lifter comes standard with this model. It will allow the operator to lift any wheel up to 187 lbs. with nothing more than the push of a pedal. The Falcon also comes equipped with an upper and lower bead breaking disc. The radial positioning of the discs is made easier through an automation device that prevents the operator from wrong manual positioning. This system helps guarantee speed, precision, and repeatability. The operator is able to utilize the bead breaking discs and the mount tool easily with the multi functional control panel positioned at working height – simple and efficient!

The included FRL filters incoming air of moisture and debris. It then lubricates the air to protect the vital internal seals and valves. The FRL will drastically extend the service life of the machine and its components.
