Tire Changer ONYX S122 TI

The Onyx S122 TI is built for versatility and efficiency. It was designed to handle a large range of wheel assemblies while still being economical for the medium to lower volume shop. This model includes a high strength assist arm to press the bead into the wheel drop centre, offering simple and effective operation without the need for multiple tire bars or personnel to mount a tire. Damage to the tire and wheel assembly is virtually eliminated making for a safe and efficient operation.

High strength steel clamps with integrated teeth for clamping from the inside or outside ensure that your wheel will stay in place while operating. It features a clamping range of 11″ to 23″ from the outside, and 13″ to 25″ from the inside. An integrated bead blaster is included which assists in seating even the most difficult beads. This machine can accommodate a tire diameter of 38.5” and a rim width of 12”.

The included FRL filters incoming air of moisture and debris. It then lubricates the air to protect the vital internal seals and valves. The FRL will drastically extend the service life of the machine and its components.
