Heavy Duty Tire Changer ONYX TC55-SA1

This heavy duty tire machine is versatile while also being compact enough to fit in most shops. Designed and built to service semi-trucks, buses, OTR and implement tires, the TC55-SA1 makes safe and quick work of the heavy- duty changeover process.

A simple, well organized control panel makes it easy to use the machine’s functions. The swinging arm contains separate housings for electrical cables and hydraulic hoses, while also providing storage for accessories. This makes the machine safe and extremely user friendly.

The high performing gear unit offers an excellent wheel rotation speed of 9 rpm to make changing tires quick and efficient. The high strength steel clamps have multiple clamping positions and incorporate Teflon inserts to protect delicate wheels.  Rim clamping capacity is 26”, with the ability to work on 55″ diameter tires. The robust frame has been reinforced to ensure that minimal bending occurs when working with particularly heavy tires.
